Official Rules
1. Eligibility: NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. Blue Water Striper Guide Service Trip Giveaway is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. The sole purpose of this give away is to increase the fans on Blue Water Striper Guide Service's Fan Page. You must have a facebook account and become a "fan/Like" of Blue Water Striper Guide Service's fan page. Joining facebook is free. Employees of Blue Water Striper Guide Service, and it's respective affiliates, advertising, vendors, suppliers, agents and participating retailers as well as the immediate family (spouses and parents, siblings, children and their spouses and in-laws) and household members of each such individual are not eligible. The trip winner will be required to have a valid driver’s license or proof of identification. Failure to comply with each of these requirements will result in the forfeiture of the Grand Prize.
2. TO ENTER: You must be a "fan/Like" of Blue Water Striper Guide Service. The Trip Giveaway begins at 12:00a.m. Eastern Standard Time (EST) on 2/01/10 and ends at 12:00a.m. on 7/01/10 ("the Entry Period"). During this period you may enter the Trip Giveaway by one of the following methods:
1. Online: If you are already a Blue Water Guide Service Fan on Facebook , go directly to the entry form page and submit your entry.
2. Online: If you are NOT Blue Water Guide Service Fan on Facebook yet, Visit http://www.facebook.com/pages/Blue-Water-Striper-Guide-Service-Lake-Texoma/205618243292 Sign into facebook and become a fan/Like of Blue Water Striper Guide Service. Then click on Free Trip link there, or come back to this page and submit an entry form.
Limit one entry per person and or email address . Multiple entries given will void all entries. Trip Giveaway entries become property of Blue Water Striper Guide Service and will not be returned. Trip Giveaway entries generated by script, macro or other automated means or mechanically reproduced are void. Blue Water Striper Guide Service assumes no responsibility for, as the case may be, lost, late or improperly submitted entries. Winner must be a fan/Like of Blue Water Striper Guide Service at time of drawing and winner will be validated as such fan.
3. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION: Potential Trip Giveaway winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted on 07/01/10 from among all eligible entries received by Blue Water Striper Guide Service. Potential winners will be notified by email or telephone at the sole discretion of Blue Water Striper Guide Service. The winner will have 1 week (7 days) to respond to phone and or email notification. If winner does not respond within 7 days, another drawing will be held and the trip will be awarded to another person.
4. PRIZE: One (1) Grand Prize: One Grand Prize will be awarded no later than 11:59 p.m. January 1st, 2011. The Grand Prize trip will include the following:
a. Blue Water Striper Guide Service – 1 Day Fishing – 2 People, includes all tackle, rods and reels, life jackets and bait. Trips are regular trips. See website for trip details. Free Trip is good for 2 people, any additional persons you bring are welcome but there is a $125.00 charge for each additional person beyond the first 2 free ones.
5. GENERAL:By participating, entrants agree to these rules and decisions of Blue Water Striper Guide Service which shall be final in all respects relating to the Trip Giveaway; to release, discharge and hold harmless Blue Water Striper Guide Service/James Allen and it's/his respective directors, officers, employees, agents and representatives (collectively "Release Parties") from any and all liability, losses, or damages of any kind resulting from their participation in the Trip Giveaway or their acceptance, use or misuse of a prize, including, without limitation, liability for personal injury or death (including any travel or related activity hereto); and if a winner, to the use by Blue Water Striper Guide Service and its designees of name, likeness, biographical information, city, state, and/or photography for advertising and publicity purposes in any and all media now or hereafter known without compensation, notification or permission and to execute specific consent to such use if asked to do so by Blue Water Striper Guide Service, unless otherwise prohibited by law. Blue Water Striper Guide Service will provide all equipment needed for trip, including boat, gear, tackle, life jackets and will clean and bag fillets for winner. Upon award of Trip Givaway Prize, the following items/costs are the responsibility of winner:
1. All transportation to and from destination
2. Lodging/meals
3. All fishing licenses, required and applicable by State and/or Game Laws
4. All tips, and gratuities to guide service.
4. Any normal fees from parties greater than the two initial winners.
6. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: Released Parties are not responsible and shall not be liable for: any telephone, electronic, hardware or software program, network, Internet or computer malfunctions, failures, or difficulties of any kind, including without limitation, server malfunctions, or any human error which may occur in the processing of entries; failed incomplete, garbled, damaged, misdirected, undelivered or stolen entries or mail, or for printing, typographical, human or other errors relating to or in connection with the Trip Giveaway; and reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel or suspend the Trip Giveaway or any portion thereof should any causes beyond the control of Blue Water Striper Guide Service corrupt the administration, security or proper play of the suspect entries received prior to cancellation. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE PROMOTION MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW
7. WINNER LIST: To find out who won (available after 1/15/11), I will post the winner's name on my Blue Water Guide Service page on Facebook , and my website.
